Doug鈥檚 career began in engineering, with roles across Defence and infrastructure before transitioning into executive-level project governance and capability development. He served as Project Director for Defence NSW and has spent nearly two decades working with government, education, and non-profit sectors to deliver better portfolio outcomes.
He is a long-standing assessor with the Australian Institute of Project Management and a founding member of the Australian Association of Procurement and Contract Management. Doug also served as President of the Canberra Division of Engineers Australia and continues to advocate for ethical, efficient, and accountable project leadership.
